Heritage Whole Chicken
We raise two kinds of chicken — Cornish Cross and Heritage. Both live outdoors on grass, get moved to fresh ground, and are processed right here on the farm. No routine antibiotics. What differs is the breed — and with it the taste, the texture, and how you'll want to cook it.
