Conventional beef shares are built for a chest freezer in a basement you may not have. Miniature Herefords are smaller animals — smaller portions, less freezer to find. Raised with care and finished on our farm, locally processed.

Choose your cuts

The processor calls you directly to go through it — steak thickness, package sizes, which roasts you keep. Whatever you don't pick comes back as ground beef, and nobody ever complains about that. If you want help deciding beforehand, call us and we'll talk it through.

Pickup

Shares are processed locally and you pick yours up at the processor. Pay them there, and bring more cooler than you think you need.

Why miniature

We breed for herd health, longevity and disposition right alongside taste. The payoff for you is a share you can actually fit and portions you can actually serve.

Sizing

The cuts you choose move both the final weight and the processing cost. Sizes vary; we'll tighten the estimate as processing gets close.
